Warm and sweet aromas of red apple crumble, almonds, and a hint of milk chocolate. This sake has a crisp texture and, although it’s finish is quite dry, the gentle flavours of sweet mochi are really pleasant. It is suggested that it be served slightly chilled. It pairs well with soft cheese, carbonara, and umami-rich pizza.
