Rehydration Instructions:
①In a pot of vigorously boiling water, blanch "this product" for about 1 minute.
②Drain using a strainer and remove excess water (it will become about three times heavier).
③Rinse 2-3 times under running water (this step will remove the soyabean odor).
④After squeezing out excess water thoroughly, you can use it for your cooking.
