How to Revert (Rehydrate):
①Boil plenty of water in a pot and add "the product" to it. Boil for about 4 minutes.
②Remove it using a strainer and drain excess water (it will become approximately three times heavier).
③Rinse it 2-3 times under running water (this step removes the soyabean odor).
④After squeezing out excess water thoroughly, you can use it for your cooking.
